  1. The full-time hiring committee will make its recommendation to the Dean next week.
  2. Adjunct estaffing for the fall will begin on March 26
  3. Summer 08 staffing of full-time faculty will begin next week.  Staffing for PCM will be done by seniority without the round robin system used for the fall and spring.
  4. All faculty are encouraged to use their Official Rolls, which indicate which students have met the prerequisite, to compile a grade distribution chart at the end of the semester comparing the grades of those who have met the prerequisite with those who have not.  The department will accumulate the data at the end of the semester.
  5. Full-time Faculty Input forms are due in by March 5, 2007.
  6. We have been informed that our adopted seniority system for assigning PCM classes in the fall and spring semesters is not in concert with the college’s policy and therefore we will revert to our former seniority system for assigning classes within the round robin system for the fall and spring semesters.
