TEXAS BAMBOO SOCIETY (TBS) STEWARDSHIP AGREEMENT

I agree to grow the following bamboo plant(s) as part of the TBS Stewardship Program. I will be a TBS Plant Steward and grow the plants in Texas, or a neighboring state in a habitat similar to one found in Texas.

Plants will be grown outdoors, either in the ground or in containers. I will keep growth records and submit information to TBS every year for at least four years.  First year form.  Second year and on form.

I will grow the plants until they are ready to propagate by divisions, then I will provide TBS  with a total of three propagated plants, within three years of the time that the plants are ready to be propagated, during August in time for the Texas Bamboo Festival, and keep the original plant. TBS will use the propagated plants to grow, sell or continue/expand the program.
