In addition to individualized and group tutoring, the ACC Learning Labs also provide the following services:

Non Course-Based Remediation, all campuses

Lab staff enroll NCBR students in computer tutorials and produce progress reports as requested by faculty. Tutors and Instructional Associates work closely with NCBR instructor to deliver tailored instruction to NCBR students. NCBR students have access to all tutoring services and lab resources.
In-Class Assistance, all campuses Tutors may be attached to developmental classes to provide additional support to students while in class. Study skill overviews are presented in class at the request of faculty.

Tutors may be attached to math labs to assist instructors with developmental and
     college math students.
Tutors are placed in computer-assisted design and electronic design labs.

Supplemental Instruction, CYP campus At the request of instructors, lab funds and supports review sessions led by students who have been recommended by their instructor for course mastery and academic skills. Technical assistance and computer support to computer-based classes
Scheduling and coordinating of classes in computer areas

Assistance in researching, testing, and evaluating software programs at instructor request
Technical support for faculty office computers
Computer support for students using adaptive equipment and software
Assistance with all aspects of using free web-based email providers (not available at NRG)
Facilitating student use of the Internet for research projects, class assignments, and
     employment assistance (not available at NRG)   EVC, PIN and RVS Learning Labs additional computer services
  Hosting of monthly Financial Aid FAFSA workshops (EVC, PIN and RVS)
Computer lab assistance and technical support for special outreach projects, e.g.,
     Voyager Summer Youth Program (PIN)
Computer lab assistance and technical support for special outreach projects, e.g.,
     Summer Academy and AISD/ACC Partnership with Brooke Elementary School (RVS
     Assistance to instructors who deliver web-based instruction in reading and
     composition (PIN)
Set-up, housing, and maintenance of brailling station and of other adaptive equipment
     and software; technical assistance for OSD staff (RVS)
