Tests submitted by faculty for test administration must be within Faculty Guidelines For Use of ACC Testing Centers.

Faculty, please note that Testing Center emails are checked daily. Emails for Testing Supervisors may not be checked in their absence.

Forms  (These forms can be completed online but you must print copy to submit with your test.)

              Online Forms

     The Online Test Transmittal  and Online Departmental Test Sharing  forms are for faculty who have test copies in the Testing Center(s) and need to update their test information. 

     If you are needing to submit test copies to the Testing Center(s), please complete the paper copy of the Test Transmittal Form (pdf) and send it with test copies to the Testing Centers where your students will be testing.  Thank you.                 

                      Online Test Transmittal Form  & Departmental Test Sharing Form  These forms will transmit to all Testing Centers.  Only use the Online Test Transmittal Form if all Testing Centers need to receive this form and if all Testing Centers already have the test copies for this form being submitted.  Thanks!
