Construction is underway at ACC Highland, Building 3000 (HLC 3000), the former women's Dillard's. The 185,000-square-foot building will be developed in phases.

The first phase will serve as home to the new ACCTV studios and offices. The space will be shared with KLRU-TV to provide paid internships and enhanced job training for ACC students in areas such as arts, digital media, and communications. The building will remain owned by the college, and KLRU will lease its office and production space. Phase 1 is expected to open by August 2020.

In a later phase, the college plans to relocate most of the administrative teams to HLC 3000, consolidating services under one roof in an effort to improve collegewide operations. Currently, ACC's administrative areas are primarily housed at Highland Business Center (HBC) and the Service Center. The move will free up approximately 10,000 square feet of office space at Highland Business Center. A process is underway to determine what college programs and services or community partners may move into the vacated space at HBC following the transition.

Design work for administrative space is currently underway. A timeline is being finalized as well as a list of the administrative teams that will move.

The projects are funded by a $55 million ACC Public Facilities Corporation bond using existing tuition and tax dollars.
