ACC hosts Australia for 9th annual Basketball All-Stars Exhibition Games

ACC’s intramural basketball all-stars host Australia’s Doncaster College Tuesday, December 10, at the Dittmar Recreation Center (1009 W. Dittmar Rd.).
The ninth annual exhibition basketball games are free and open to the public. The women’s game begins at 7:30 p.m. The men’s game begins at 8:45 p.m.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for the students at ACC to display their talent and a chance to experience an “International event” facing off against all-stars from the country of Australia,” says Tracy Partin, ACC intramural sports & recreation coordinator. “I am proud of these students who have chosen to represent ACC in this affair.”
Sponsored by ACC Student Life, the college’s intramural sports take place in fall and spring. More than 1,000 students are involved each year. Sports include basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, coed softball, and women’s volleyball. Registration for the Spring will open January 13, 2020.
