ACC Highland Campus Phase 2 opens for spring 2021 semester

Tuesday, January 19, marked the start of Austin Community College District's (ACC) spring 2021 semester and the soft opening of the newly completed Highland Campus, Building 2000.

The first programs to begin teaching at the state-of-the-art campus include:

  • Architectural and Engineering Computer Aided Design
  • Culinary Arts
  • Dance
  • Drama
  • Geospatial Engineering
  • Geographic Information Systems
  • Music
  • Music Business Performance Technology
  • Radio/Television/Film
  • Continuing Education

Due to the ongoing pandemic, some classes are available fully in-person but remain limited in size. Others are available in hybrid formats. View photos from the first day of classes above.

More course options will open on campus as the COVID-19 situation allows. A grand opening is expected in summer 2021.
