ACC’s Latino/Latin American Studies Center, El Centro, launched a new student book club in spring 2023. The El Centro Book Club will feature book selections that highlight the Latinx/e experience and provide those books to eligible students for free.

Students are eligible for a free copy of the book when they sign up for the book club. 

The first book for the semester is “Into the Beautiful North” by Luis Alberto Urrea. The inaugural book club meeting is 1 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2023, at El Centro on the Riverside Campus.
