Austin Community College District (ACC) is monitoring winter weather conditions. Regional forecasts predict freezing temperatures and precipitation beginning 2/2 and continuing through 2/4.
Out of an abundance of caution, and with students' and employees' best interests in mind, the college will be closed Thursday and Friday, February 3 & 4. All in-person and remote classes and work are canceled. The college expects to resume its normal schedule on Saturday, February 5. Employees should stay in touch with their supervisor, and students should stay in touch with their instructor(s) if changes are needed based on weather conditions in their areas.
Updates will be shared through ACC's Emergency Alert system and posted to the college homepage and on Facebook and Twitter. Details also will be shared with local media.
